"Wish there were more sizes"

"Delivery never showed up"
My package was delayed twice, and the tracking never really updated (which made the whole thing even more frustrating). I kept checking for some kind of status, but it just didn’t show up when it was supposed to. i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Shipping was fast, happy with it"
I ordered from DIM and my stuff showed up faster then I was expecting. The tracking updated ok and the package came in good shape, no damage or anything. I’m only not giving 5 stars cause it took like an extra day to get dispatched, which was a little annoying. But overall the shipping was quick and there wasn’t really any big problem.

"Honestly, not soft like I expected"
I was really hoping this would feel soft, but the fabric is rough. I kept thinking, maybe it’ll feel better once I use it for a bit, but nope, it just doesn’t have that cozy feel I was expecting.

"Promo code looked valid but wouldn’t apply"
I tried using a discount code that showed as valid, but then at checkout it just wouldn’t work. I even went back and checked the details because I thought maybe I missed some tiny condition, but nope, same issue. Customer support replied, but it felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t really address anything. between the code not working and the weirdly generic response, it just made the discount feel kind of fake. I was planning to order, got annoyed halfway through, and now I probably won’t bother again.

"Good basics, but I wish there were more options"
I’ve found a few nice basic pieces here, and some of the styles are definitely worth checking out. That said, when I was browsing, the size options and overall selection felt a bit limited at times. It’s not a bad range at all, I just personally wish there was a little more variety to choose from.

"Decent shape, but not quite like new after washing"
Overall, it held its shape well at first, which I appreciated. After a few washes though, it did start to loosen up a bit more than I expected. Still usable and not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it keeps its shape perfectly.

"Support was no help at all"
I don’t even know what the support team is supposed to be doing here, because it felt like nobody was actually there to help.

I had a problem with my account, sent a message, and then sat around for days waiting for something useful. When they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t even address what I asked. I responded to explain again, and then it was just silence. Like… make it make sense.

The site might be fine if everything works perfectly, but the second you need help, good luck. I ended up wasting a bunch of time and still had to figure it out on my own, which was super frustrating.

"Am I missing something with the product info?"
I was trying to order from dim.com, but am I missing something? The product details felt really unclear. I had trouble figuring out the sizing, materials, fit, and even what was actually included in some of the packs.
For an online underwear shop, that makes it hard to feel confident buying anything. I don’t want to place an order and just hope I picked the right thing, so I ended up not really trusting the descriptions and gave up...

"Took a Bit, But They Got It Fixed"
I had an issue come up and reached out to support. It wasn’t solved right away, but after going back and forth a bit, they eventually got everything fixed. Glad it worked out in the end.

"Not sure what’s going on with the sizing"
I’m a little unsure how to feel about this, but the sizing just didn’t make sense. I ordered my usual size, and one piece was way too tight while the other felt almost oversized. I ended up returning them, but now I’m kind of hesitant to order again because I don’t really trust the size chart. It just felt like a waste of time.

"Just didn’t feel right to me"
I’ll be honest, the site’s look really wasn’t for me. It felt kind of cluttered and outdated, and I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. There were too many things on the page pulling my attention in different directions, and the colors didn’t make it any easier. I usually trust my gut with stuff like this, and quickly it just felt frustrating, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I tried to pay twice and the checkout kept freezing on me. Then after all that, my cart got emptied too. i wasted way too much energy just trying to place one order, and it was really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"Prices feel fair overall"
I’d say the prices are mostly fair. Like, I wasn’t shocked when I saw the total, which is always a good sign. Could they be a bit cheaper? Sure, I mean who wouldn’t want that. But overall, it felt reasonable enough for what I got

"Exchange process was such a hassle"
I tried to exchange my order it ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been. It took forever to get clear answers, the return steps weren’t exactly straightforward (which seems like it should be basic), and I had to keep following up myself just to know what was going on. Not really the experience I expected. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from dim.com again anytime soon

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely off and not what I expected at all. It’s frustrating because I shouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning something that’s sized so incorrectly. I’d really expect some kind of compensation or at least a refund for the inconvenience
